I ordered a gift for Christmas and they accidentally sent the wrong necklace but before I even realized it they had already messaged me and had already shipped the correct necklace. The correct necklace arrived on time and they of course let me keep the first one they sent. I know the holidays are a crazy time so the fact that they caught the mistake and then immediately fixed it is awesome.
